Well, in this sense.
I intended this blog to be my central blog. I also intended it to be serious. Mostly philosophical, with a little here and there about martial arts; martial arts because I trained in it for a long time and philosophy because I consider it important. Two things with which I figured I could focus the blog.
Didn't happen that way.
As time went on, I found I couldn't really do anything with this particular blog in those two ways. I'd be better off starting websites on those subjects rather than making a blog here like that. I also figured out this blog doesn't help my writing elsewhere on the Net. That was the other part of the plan: To promote my other writing here in this blog. Really didn't work. For one thing, no one visits this blog, and the other thing is the links from this blog have no value because the blog has no value. If anything, I'd be better off linking from the other sites where I write, because those sites have more value.
And my writing has not entirely stayed focused. I do write primarily only on a few subjects, but I tend to get exploratory. Which isn't really totally bad, but I'd like to have a site or two, each focused in a more specific way.
I'm learning.
So, to make things interesting, how about some pictures of me doing martial arts?

I'm no longer doing martial arts that heavily. This is old times sake photos. Good times.
